When I first walked in, I was impressed. The design? Gorgeous.

From the moment you entered, the tile and color palette gave a custom, luxury feel. Someone clearly had a great eye.But then I started to really look…
  • The grout was still on the tile. Not “oops we missed a spot” — we’re talking smeared across the surface, like someone left the job in a hurry.
  • The windows? Covered in contractor film and fingerprints. In a house that was supposed to be market-ready.
  • Exterior details like vents and paint weren’t completed. One spot even had a vent missing entirely.
  • And the front landscaping, or lack thereof, said “still under construction,” when I want it to say “Welcome Home. You worked hard for this. Now Enjoy!”
