Free Fall Fun in Austin Parks: Fitness, Films, and Family Time for All Ages
Let’s be honest. Austin doesn’t always make it easy to plan something outdoors that works for the whole family. But this fall, the Austin Parks Foundation is flipping that script. No tickets. No stress. Just free events across the city, designed for every age group from toddlers to seniors.
Spark in the Park brings new energy to Dove Springs
Starting September 4, Spark in the Park is a new Thursday morning series designed for seniors. It’s six weeks of gentle movement and memory-boosting activities at Dove Springs District Park. Created with Aging is Cool and Age-Friendly Austin, it’s built around connection and wellness.
