The Seaholm Residences SW Luxury Views

Ever wonder what it’s like to live in the Seaholm Residences luxury condo in Austin Texas with floor-to-ceiling windows,  views of Lady Bird Lake and Austin Hill Country, and all of downtown right at your doorstep?  How about dreaming of living 24 floors up in the air and watching the sunset from the comfort of your own living room every single day?

Today we’re going to tour a spectacular two-bedroom two bath southwest-facing condominium at the Seaholm Residences.

If you are a gourmet cook, you are going to love this space. You can see for miles while you’re cooking and entertaining! Appliances include a Kitchenaid dishwasher and five burner gas stove. There’s nothing better than cooking on gas. I mean honestly other than convection, what could be better? There’s a Samsung stainless microwave right here. This beautiful glass gray tile is fabulous! The unit has beautiful wide plank oak floors throughout. There is not a stitch of carpet that you will find.

My favorite part of this whole unit (other than the view of Austin Hill County) thing is the fluidity and openness. Every room is nice and square within space so you don’t worry about your furniture. There’s room for dining as well as lounging in the main area.

And it’s just a spectacular night and we get to see the city light up.

We enter the Owners Suite through a solid door and you’ll see the 11 feet high ceiling features a Big Ass Fan (That’s the brand name). The wood detail makes it feel like you’re part of nature: wood, water, sky, and doesn’t get better!

Having the washing machine and dryer in this room really does say “luxury”.  I love the closet and how much room there is.

This building was built in 2014 so is still an incredibly young building. And all of the modern entities are here. In fact, you can check out my other videos on sequel we will take you through will take you to the 10th floor where you see all sorts of fun things you’ve got the dog park, there are pools, there are workouts there are all sorts of spaces in this building when it comes to vertical living. The Seaholm truly is a wonderful space to be an RA now directly over here on this side, we’ve got the loo. The loo has its own extra space, lots of cabinetry and so you’ve got storage for towels. If you need to keep her supplies, there’s plenty of room here in this Owners Suite so often in condos, when you look at the space, some of the space really doesn’t feel as in this case, we are facing south in Austin, Texas, and you’re across the street from 10 miles of trails along Lady Bird Lake.

The second bedroom also faces South and has a great custom closet, spectacular natural light, and unstoppable south-facing views.  Situated directly across the hall from the second bathroom, it’s just like you have an ensuite. This room is a great second bedroom or home office.

Nothing can ever be built behind The Seaholm Residences. Nothing will ever block the view. And because we’re in this corner suite, we have a wrap-around deck that you can do wind sprints on or casually work, sip, or drink while watching people enjoying lake life on Ladybird Lake:  they’re on their boats, they’re paddling, they’re out biking, walking and running. In the evening you can watch how downtown Austin lights up by the sunset and then transitions to become illuminated by our city lights and the stars.

The Seaholm Residences is one of Austin’s favorite places to call home for those who want something a little different.
