We help landlords
and tenants
Are you considering working with a Realtor for your rental search? We get that you can essentially do anything yourself. Heck, you can learn anything online. However, we’re here to let you know that Renters and Landlords are missing out on the perks of having a Realtor help with their lease acquisitions if they go the DIY route. And, given the fast-paced Austin rental market, it’s in your best interest to have a knowledgeable professional on your side. When it comes to real estate leasing in Austin, we help both Landlords and Tenants navigate through the Austin real estate market.
Landlord
Right now you may be thinking that leasing out your luxury home or condominium could offer you financial flexibility to:
- Free up cash for making additional investments
- Relieve some debt burden
- Help avoid additional accumulated costs of home ownership such as property taxes, homeowner’s insurance and mortgage interest
- OR, just allow you to simplify while someone else pays down your note
If so, let’s see how we can help you lease your luxury property.

Tenants
Right now you may have been combing various websites and making a few calls and leaving voicemails about Austin properties for rent (some calls may even get answered) only to find that the properties already have an application (or three) being considered. Working with a Realtor for your rental search offers you:
- Access to rental listings as soon as they come out based on your specific list of search criteria. Our system shows you live listings within 5 minutes of them posting on the MLS. Luxury properties not shown on the MLS may also be available through our network.
- Clearer expectations on pricing, timelines and competing offers (yes, you can be in a multiple offer situation for a rental property).
- An expert negotiating terms on your behalf and with your best interests in mind.
- A real estate professional who will provide you with an in-depth understanding of rental contracts and tenant rights.
Did you know that leasing with Jennifer S. Goodman Group is free to you? Our services come at no additional cost to you as a Tenant, whether you solidify a property or not. Our remuneration for our leasing services is the responsibility of the Landlord. Our only ask is that you work with us directly and we grab an occasional coffee while we’re searching for your perfect place to call home.
